1. Scope and responsibility

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to every use of BeltLabs, its websites, applications, APIs, portals, exports, integrations and related services. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Customer is responsible for its authorised users, administrators, contractors, credentials, integrations and all activity originating from its workspace. If this AUP and the Terms conflict on acceptable use, the stricter protection applies to the extent permitted by law.

2. Unlawful, harmful or infringing activity

You must not use the Service to create, upload, process, transmit, publish or facilitate material or conduct that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, discriminatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise violates a person's rights. You must not process personal, confidential, export-controlled or regulated information without every authority, notice, consent, security measure and lawful basis required for that processing.

3. Security abuse

You must not introduce malware or destructive code; conduct phishing or credential theft; probe, scan or test a vulnerability without prior written authorisation; bypass authentication, subscription, tenant, permission, rate-limit or technical controls; access another workspace or record without authority; conceal attack origin; intercept traffic; use compromised credentials; or disrupt the confidentiality, integrity or availability of any system, network, account or data.

4. Platform and infrastructure abuse

You must not impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load; automate high-volume requests outside documented interfaces; scrape, crawl, mirror or bulk-extract the Service; evade quotas or usage limits; use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or denial-of-service activity; benchmark or publish non-public performance or security findings without responsible coordination; or use our infrastructure to provide an unrelated hosting, messaging, storage or computation service.

5. Intellectual property and competitive misuse

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, models, data structures or non-public logic except to the limited extent a non-waivable law expressly permits; remove ownership notices; copy protected interfaces or documentation; resell, sublicense or provide bureau access without a signed agreement; or use the Service, non-public documentation, screenshots, exports or outputs to develop, train, validate or market a competing product.

6. Communications and integrations

You must not send spam, unlawful marketing, phishing, abusive messages or communications without required consent; spoof sender identity; upload unlawfully obtained contact lists; or use integrations to exceed a third party's authorised scope. API credentials and webhook secrets must remain confidential, server-side and access-limited. You are responsible for recipients, content, opt-outs, permissions and legal compliance for communications initiated from your workspace.

7. Industrial and safety misuse

You must not represent BeltLabs output as a statutory certificate, engineering approval, safety instrument or guaranteed statement of physical condition. You must not use automated output as the sole basis for isolation, energisation, shutdown, return-to-service, splice acceptance or another safety-critical action. Records must not be falsified, backdated to deceive, attributed to a person without authority or altered to conceal a defect, incident or compliance failure.

8. Investigation and cooperation

We may investigate suspected violations using account, audit, request, security and transaction records and may require information reasonably necessary to assess risk. Customer must cooperate in good faith, preserve relevant records and promptly mitigate an identified issue. We may restrict content or access, revoke credentials, rate-limit requests, isolate an integration or preserve evidence where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems or legal rights.

9. Enforcement

We may warn, require remediation, remove or disable content, limit functionality, suspend access or terminate the Agreement according to the nature, severity, recurrence and risk of a violation. We may act without advance notice where delay could expose a person, system, data or third party to harm, facilitate unlawful conduct or compromise an investigation. Enforcement does not waive any other contractual or legal remedy. Customer remains liable for fees and losses arising before enforcement to the extent permitted by law.

10. Legal requests and reporting

We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably believed necessary to comply with valid legal process, enforce the Agreement, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or address an emergency, subject to applicable law. Report suspected abuse, credential compromise or a security vulnerability to support@beltaxis.com with sufficient detail to investigate. Good-faith reporting does not authorise access to data, disruption, social engineering, extortion or public disclosure before reasonable remediation.

11. Changes and contact

We may amend this AUP prospectively to address evolving threats, law or Service functionality. Material adverse changes will receive reasonable notice unless urgent protection requires earlier effect. Questions and reports may be sent to support@beltaxis.com.
